you have enjoyed with it

I think you can say you have enjoyed. What comes after enjoy is a gerund (or a noun)

And if there's (are) books. You have enjoyed them(or reading them)

The two senteces are joined to one sentence

If there are books (which) you have enjoyed

So we removed the object after adding which (which we can remove in this sentence as well)
